The UESTPs will offer both full and partial scholarships (in the form of tuition fee waivers and stipends) and loans to deserving students through a Need-Based Scholarship/Loan Programme. The aims and objectives of this programme are:

• To provide all academically qualified Pakistani students, the opportunity to pursue their studies at UESTPs
• To offer equal opportunities to all those who are admitted
