The PCU campus will be located on a 250-acre site on Kuri road, Zone IV, Islamabad, which is Pakistan's capital city. Islamabad has a large intellectual community as well as large expatriate and diplomatic communities. The city already has a number of universities, colleges and research centres with which the PCU will be able to interact and collaborate. As a city, Islamabad offers a good quality of life, with its relatively moderate climate, shopping malls, parks, golf courses, museums, sporting venues, and cultural events. As the federal capital, it is also the hub of international activities. The green-field site for the PCU has been acquired by HEC through the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad. At present there is a temporary campus for the PCU which is housed in of the HEC buildings in Sector H 8/1, Islamabad.
